You can request deletion of your Creator Video Portal account and the social-platform data connected to it.
What CVP stores
Depending on your use, CVP stores account and contact details, submitted video links and verification metadata, Instagram profile and media data returned by the official API, TikTok and YouTube connection data, scheduled metrics, and operational audit records.
Delete while you can sign in
Sign in, open Dashboard → Account, choose Delete account and data, and confirm the irreversible request. Your active session is terminated after the request is accepted.

Processing time
Requests are normally processed without undue delay and typically within 30 days. You receive an opaque confirmation code that can be used to check status without exposing personal information.
Required retention
Accounting, payout, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legally required records may be retained only for the required period. Where possible, retained records are anonymized.
