2. Service scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of Creator Video Portal, including creator registration, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube connection, video submission, attribution, and campaign-related performance review.

Creator Video Portal provides creator onboarding, account access, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube connection support, video submission intake, and campaign-related review/administration tooling.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account unless unauthorized use is promptly reported.

4. TikTok connect and submission rules

Connecting a TikTok account is optional and uses TikTok's official login. With your consent, Creator Video Portal requests the TikTok scopes user.info.basic (basic profile) and video.list (your own videos and their public view, like, comment, and share counts) to verify submissions and review campaign performance.

• Use only TikTok accounts and videos you are authorized to submit.
• Do not submit false, manipulated, or misleading TikTok links.
• Do not attempt to bypass verification or abuse moderation/admin tooling.
• Do not upload or submit third-party content without rights or permission.

TikTok is an independent third-party service and is not operated by or affiliated with Creator Video Portal; TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner. TikTok-related features depend on the TikTok API and the permissions you grant, and may be limited or unavailable if TikTok access changes or is revoked.

5. Instagram connection and submission rules

Connecting an Instagram professional account is optional and uses Instagram Login. With your consent, Creator Video Portal requests instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_manage_insights only to identify your own professional account, verify submitted Reels or posts, and read insights that Instagram officially makes available for that media.

Use only Instagram professional accounts and media you are authorized to submit. Instagram metrics do not contribute to TikTok campaign progress or TikTok rewards. Instagram is an independent third-party service, and the feature depends on the Instagram API and the permissions you grant.

6. YouTube connection and submission rules

Connecting a YouTube channel is optional and uses Google OAuth with a single read-only scope (youtube.readonly). Creator Video Portal uses this only to identify your connected channel and verify that a submitted YouTube video or Short belongs to it, and to retrieve that video's public view, like, and comment counts.

Use only YouTube channels and videos you are authorized to submit. Creator Video Portal cannot upload, edit, publish, or delete anything on your YouTube channel through this permission. Google and YouTube are independent third-party services that are not operated by or affiliated with Creator Video Portal, and the feature depends on the YouTube Data API and the permissions you grant.

7. Rights in submitted content

You retain your rights in your own content. By submitting links and related metadata, you grant the operator a limited right to process that data for submission review, campaign allocation, attribution checks, fraud prevention, payouts, and audit administration inside this portal.

8. Review, rejection, and suspension

Submissions may be reviewed, delayed, rejected, or marked for manual review. Accounts may be restricted or suspended for abuse, policy violations, legal risk, or operational security concerns.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Temporary interruptions, maintenance windows, API dependency failures, or platform outages may occur. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
